  • 2-3 rotis

  • 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Schezwan sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped green onions or coriander leaves for garnish

How to Make Schezwan Roti Noodles

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set them aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Fry for a minute or two until they turn translucent.
  3. Add chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
