Ingredients of Almond and Chicken Momos (without shell)

  • 500 grams of ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

How to Make Almond and Chicken Momos (without shell)

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped almonds, chopped onion, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Mix well.
  2. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix again until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls.
  4. Place the chicken and almond balls on a steamer basket lined with parchment paper. Leave some space between the balls so they can steam evenly.
