1 cup whole wheat flour (atta) 1/2 cup finely chopped vegetables (such as onions, tomatoes, capsicum, grated carrot, and grated zucchini) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 tsp red chilli powder Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for cooking

Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, add the whole wheat flour, cumin seeds, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chopped vegetables to the mixing bowl and mix well.
Gradually add water to the mixture and stir until a smooth batter is formed. The batter should be thick and of pouring consistency.
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat. Spread a few drops of oil on the pan.
Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges of the cheela and cook for 1-2 minutes or until the bottom turns golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook the other side for 1-2 minutes or until it turns golden brown.
Remove the cheela from the pan and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
