1/2 cup wheat flour 1/4 cup gram flour (besan) 1/4 cup rice flour 1/4 cup semolina (sooji) 1/2 cup finely chopped mixed vegetables (such as onions, tomatoes, carrots, and bell peppers) 1 tsp ginger paste 1 green chilli, finely chopped 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp garam masala powder Salt to taste Water as needed Oil for cooking

Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, gram flour, rice flour, semolina, salt, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
Add the chopped vegetables, ginger paste, green chilli, and enough water to make a thick batter. Mix well to combine.
Heat a non-stick tawa or griddle over medium heat. Grease it lightly with oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the tawa and spread it into a thin round shape using the back of the ladle.
Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela over and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
Serve hot with chutney or yogurt. Enjoy your healthy and tasty multigrain cheela.
