- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil

How to Make Veg Fried Rice
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
- Add the onion and bell pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the frozen peas and carrots and stir-fry for another minute until heated through.
