  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 bag of frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Spanish Artichoke And Spinach Dip

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke hearts, thawed spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.
