  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Sausage And Potato Casserole

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the sliced potatoes, diced onion, and minced garlic to the skillet with the sausage. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
