Ingredients of Polo Coriandolo Pizza

  • Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil

How to Make Polo Coriandolo Pizza

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it is the desired size and thickness.
  3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
  5. Add the cooked and shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
  6. Add chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped red onion, and sliced black olives.
  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the toppings to taste.
  8. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the pizza.
