Ingredients of Paneer Tacos

  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Taco shells
  • Toppings of your choice: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, grated cheese, sour cream, etc.

How to Make Paneer Tacos

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the paneer cubes and sauté until lightly browned on all sides.
  3. Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, turmeric powder, and salt. Stir to coat the paneer evenly.
  4. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  6. Stir in the tomato paste and water, and cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  7. Warm the taco shells in the oven or microwave.
  8. Spoon the paneer mixture into the taco shells.
  9. Add your desired toppings and serve immediately.
