- 1 cup cooked rice
- 200 grams of paneer (cottage cheese), cut into small cubes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 small capsicum, chopped
- 1 small carrot, chopped
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp red chilli sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

How to Make Paneer Fried Rice
- Heat oil in a wok or a large frying pan. Add chopped onions and green chillies and sauté for a minute.
- Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
- Add the chopped carrots and capsicum and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they are slightly cooked but still crunchy.
