  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make Oreo Cookie Cheesecake

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F.
  2. Crush 20 Oreo cookies in a food processor until they are fine crumbs. Add melted butter and mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
