  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1-2 teaspoons chili flakes (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

How to Make Mango Chilli Chicken

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the mango puree, honey, lime juice, and chili flakes (if using).
