- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips
How to Make Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing it with cooking spray.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press the mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar and continue to beat until well combined.
