Ingredients of 3 Ingredient Banana Pancake

  • 200g paneer, cut into small cubes
  • 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
  • 1 medium-sized green pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium-sized red pepper, sliced
  • 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4-5 rotis (Indian flatbreads)

How to Make 3 Ingredient Banana Pancake

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Saute till they turn translucent.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Cook for a minute.
  3. Add sliced green and red peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add paneer cubes, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
  5. Heat a tawa (griddle) and lightly toast the rotis on both sides.
  6. Place a roti on a plate and add 2-3 spoonfuls of the paneer mixture on one end of the roti.
  7. Roll up the roti tightly to form a Frankie.
  8. Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
