Ingredients of 3 Ingredient Banana Pancake
- 200g paneer, cut into small cubes
- 1 medium-sized onion, sliced
- 1 medium-sized green pepper, sliced
- 1 medium-sized red pepper, sliced
- 1-2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- 4-5 rotis (Indian flatbreads)
How to Make 3 Ingredient Banana Pancake
- Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Saute till they turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chillies. Cook for a minute.
- Add sliced green and red peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and salt. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.
- Heat a tawa (griddle) and lightly toast the rotis on both sides.
- Place a roti on a plate and add 2-3 spoonfuls of the paneer mixture on one end of the roti.
- Roll up the roti tightly to form a Frankie.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
