Chicken Tikka Burger is a popular burger variant that combines the classic American burger with Indian flavours. It typically consists of a juicy chicken patty seasoned with aromatic Indian spices, such as cumin, coriander, and turmeric, and then grilled or baked until tender and juicy. The patty is then served on a toasted bun with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and a tangy mint and coriander chutney.

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

How to Make Chicken Tikka Burger
- In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cut the chicken breasts into equal-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- While the chicken is marinating, make the mint and coriander chutney. In a food processor, combine the mint, coriander, green chillies, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Process until smooth.
- Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off any excess. Grill the chicken until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Toast the hamburger buns.
- To assemble the burgers, place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by a chicken patty, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Spoon a generous amount of the mint and coriander chutney over the chicken patty. Top with the other half of the bun.
- Serve the burgers immediately, with additional chutney on the side if desired. Enjoy!
