  • 4 eggs

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil or ghee (clarified butter) for frying

How to Make Cheese Baida Roti

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Heat a tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat and drizzle some oil or ghee.
  3. Place one roti on the tawa and spread a portion of the egg mixture evenly on top of the roti.
  4. Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the egg mixture.
  5. Place another roti on top and press gently to seal the edges.
  6. Cook for a few minutes until the bottom side is golden brown, then flip it over and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  7. Remove from the tawa and cut into quarters or serve as a whole.
  8. Repeat the process for the remaining rotis and egg mixture.
  9. Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
