Ingredients of Ca Cang Kho
- 1 lb catfish fillets, cut into small pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 shallot, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Green onions, chopped (optional)
How to Make Ca Cang Kho
- In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, fish sauce, water, and black pepper. Set aside.
