Ingredients of Cheese Baida Roti
- 4 rotis (Indian bread)
- 4 eggs

- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Oil or ghee (clarified butter) for frying
How to Make Cheese Baida Roti
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and add chopped onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Heat a tawa or non-stick pan on medium heat and drizzle some oil or ghee.
- Place one roti on the tawa and spread a portion of the egg mixture evenly on top of the roti.
- Sprinkle some grated cheese on top of the egg mixture.
- Place another roti on top and press gently to seal the edges.
- Cook for a few minutes until the bottom side is golden brown, then flip it over and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
- Remove from the tawa and cut into quarters or serve as a whole.
- Repeat the process for the remaining rotis and egg mixture.
- Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.
