- 4 eggs

How to Make Brioche Pizza
- In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water and let sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a dough hook, combine the sugar, flour, and salt.
- Add the eggs and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough starts to come together.
- Add the butter, one tablespoon at a time, and continue to mix until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
