- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves (cilantro)
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
How to Make Polo Coriandolo Pizza
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface until it is the desired size and thickness.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about 1/2 inch around the edges.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pizza sauce.
- Add the cooked and shredded chicken on top of the cheese.
