  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes.
